Each of these 4 generalists should have a wide breadth of compositing skills including after effects, shake, maya, motion, cinema 4D, and perhaps even final cut. They can vary in level of experience. Motion Graphics Designer - Major advertising agency is looking for a full-time motion graphics designer to create work. Must have strong design skills and be an expert with the Adobe suite, especially After Effects. 3D experience a big plus. Salary is up to $50K.

Sr. Flame Artist - 80-90k.
